With the up and coming server wars, where is latest information & news?

What will we fight for?
(other than bragging rights!)

What will be cutoffs?
(level /stat cut?)

Will pipe bombs be allowed?

I imagine there will be an additional chat window (wildcity universe) and global is our resident server chat window.
Will we still remain for time/credit in our primary server family?

Will there be a presidential nomination for server president, prior to server war?
